Dr. Hawley is a veterinarian who has spent over 25 years developing scientific diets and pharmaceutical delivery products for pets. He received his doctorate in veterinary medicine from NC State University and conducted postdoctoral studies at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. He has developed extensive nutritional expertise while designing hundreds of unique and specialized pet diets.

She earned a doctorate in behavioral psychobiology from Purdue University and has worked in R&D; departments at some of the world's largest pet nutrition companies, developing unique insight into how to make pet nutrition more delicious, nutritious, and sustainable. Dr. Krestel-Rickert now works with innovative companies to share her knowledge of industry best practices and create new product approaches to nutritional and agricultural problems.
