I have been listening to this podcast for a bit now, and it has been a breath of fresh air! Nov 22nd episode was great to listen to! Thank you both! Having transitioned to the Reserves a few months ago has been so challenging and although I think I am doing okay, the identity crisis is real! It’s a grief and also a rebirth journey wrapped in one. I was very inspired by Kayla’s post-military career. I have been considered life coaching in the future, and listening to the positive influence you are having in military leadership was something I needed to hear.

I found this podcast recently becuase i have been considering joining the navy. after hearing Amanda and the women she has on the show speak i feel so much more confident in serving this country. Thank you so much.

I found this podcast about 6 months ago, and I’m so glad I did. I’m just beginning my Air Force career, and I’ve found the stories shared on this podcast incredibly helpful and interesting. I feel I have a better grasp of what to expect joining the military, and how I might respond in challenging situations many women face during their service. As an aside, I would love to hear an interview focused on being a single female in the military! Many of these interviews share stories of women juggling marriage/family with their work, I’d love to hear some stories of women managing separation from their friends and families as a single person.

I love how Amanda brings different guests on the show to show their perspectives and highlight their stories. Everyone has a story, and if you’re like me, it’s interesting to hear but it helps me in my own understanding and growth as I can relate to those stories.
