Though no longer together, Emily Ratajkowski and Pete Davidson took the world by storm with their unlikely romance this winter, when things between them escalated quickly.

After having split from their respective partners, Kim Kardashian and Sebastian Bear-McClard, the two embarked on what has been seen as one of the most unexpected relationships of 2022. Their romance was officially confirmed in November, though the model seemingly had her sights set on the Saturday Night Live comedian for even longer.

December 12, 2022: They are getting "more serious," sources report.

Davidson and Ratajkowski are going strong and headed down a more serious path, People reports.

While the comedian and model have largely kept their romance on the down-low since their major public debut at Madison Square Garden the previous month, the two are "getting a little more serious," a source tells the outlet. "They have a love of the East Coast in common and similar vibes personality-wise and style-wise," the insider adds. "It's always the same thing with him: he really makes her laugh and keeps things fun."

The source continues, "She keeps seeing Pete and is enjoying it. They are getting more serious. Pete is very chill and understanding about her being a mom too. It's a nice situation for Em. It's fun without any stress. Pete takes her to dinner and events. They also hang out a lot at home."

November 27, 2022: They make their official public debut.

The pair make their first public appearance as a couple on Sunday at Madison Square Garden in New York City, where the two sit courtside for an NBA game between the New York Knicks and Memphis Grizzlies. The two wear casual off-duty looks and are seen chatting, laughing, and drinking beer.
