What’s a Super Bowl party without a killer dip recipe? Just any old game day, that’s what. Set aside the half-time show or the actual sports for a minute and ask yourself, “What do my guests really want? No, what do I really want?!”
We’re betting the answer is a spicy cheese dip so melty and ooey-gooey, the tortilla chips practically dive into the bowl on their own. Or maybe a caramelized onion dip that blows the store-bought kind out of the end zone. We’re down with the basics too—after all, you can’t have honest-to-goodness chicken wings without a stack of celery and a vat of blue cheese dip. So get the big game on the tube and the big pot on the stove (just kidding, you can use a regular size pot—and in some cases, just a mixing bowl). It’s dippin’ time.
