Dominique I don’t really like scary movies I got talked into going tho lol, but i think if your into them it’s a really good movie Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 08/07/23 Full Review Brandon Richardson The Boogeyman is one of the better Stephen King adaptations. It’s planned out well with its casting and horror sequences. But it shouldn’t be the top choice when looking for intense scares. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 08/01/23 Full Review Oak Decent pacing and good scares but it felt rushed at times like the scenes didn't play together well at times. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/27/23 Full Review Cam It was really predictable, but I did like some of the suspense and jump scares. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/16/23 Full Review kristal Some jump scares in there. Definitely was worth the watch Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/13/23 Full Review Taylor marshall More of a thriller but over scary Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 07/12/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Thelma Adams AARP Movies for Grownups Dad never listens. Rated: 4/5 Jun 16, 2023 Full Review Christy Lemire FilmWeek (KPCC - NPR Los Angeles) It has a really cool and universally relatable premise... But the rules are confusing and convoluted. Jun 6, 2023 Full Review Rex Reed Observer A pointless, misguided and totally incomprehensible waste of time, is yet another horror film that exists for the sole purpose of exploiting the endless desk-drawer doodlings of writer Stephen King. Rated: 0/4 Jun 5, 2023 Full Review Allison Rose FlickDirect The Boogeyman shoots for younger movie goers, but I don't think it hits the bullseye. Rated: 3.5/5 Oct 9, 2023 Full Review Grant Watson Fiction Machine The lowest common denominator of horror cinema is the film that goes “whisper whisper whisper BANG whisper BANG whisper whisper BANG BANG” then rolls a bunch of credits. Not credit, really. More like blame. Rated: 4/10 Oct 7, 2023 Full Review MontiLee Stormer MovieReelist.com Honestly, if the screenwriters had just stuck with the original framework of the original short story, it wouldn’t be such a convoluted mess.
